摘要
我国高等教育正处于发展的十字路口。面对空前复杂的发展环境,必须再次对高等教育发展方式作出调整。设计好和实现好这次调整,需要准确把握高等教育发展方式转变的内涵和基本规律,注意统筹各种需求,处理好各种关系。

Facing the unprecedented complexity of the development environment,it is becoming necessary to make some adjustments to the development mode of higher education. In order to make a good design and therefore a full implementation,we must accurately hold the connotation and basic rules of the transformation in the mode of higher education development, pay attention to the coordination among various needs, and deal with different relationships well.
