摘要
高职院校要实现可持续性发展,一个重要环节就是要保障毕业生就业渠道的畅通。以"河北省高职毕业生就业状况抽样调查"为切入点,分析高职毕业生的就业率、就业薪酬以及就业去向等基本情况,提出高职毕业生就业中存在的主要问题和对策。
The important step for higher vocational college to realize continuable development is to insure the em- ployment＇s path unblocked. The paper takes ＂Hebei province higher vocational college graduates＇ employment sit- uation sampling survey＂ as the breakthrough point, analyzes higher vocational education college graduates em- ployment ratio, employment salary and employment position, then points out the main employment problems for the graduates and countermeasures.
