高等职业教育校企合作长效机制研究:布迪厄场域理论的视角 被引量:30

Research on the Long-term Mechanism of School-enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Education:a Perspective from P.Bourdieu’s Field Theory

摘要 运用法国社会学家皮埃尔.布迪厄的场域理论对我国高等职业教育校企合作人才培养机制进行分析可以看出,校企合作的动力来自资本增值与复制的冲动;校企合作长效机制建设的主要障碍是学校文化资本总量不能满足企业需要、政府政治资本作用发挥失当和企业所处的大生产场域发展不成熟。校企合作长效机制应从层级上进行全面规划、从形式上进行合理规范、从功能上进行不断完善。 Long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education has been analyzed by using French sociologist P. Bourdieu's Field Theory.The power of school-enterprise cooperation is the impulse of capital appreciation and reproduction.The main barrier to construct a long-term mechanism is that the total quantity of school cultural capital cannot satisfy the requirement of enterprises ,government political capital plays an improper role and the production field of the enterprise develops immaturely. The construction of a long-term mechanism consists of a fully designed level mechanism, a rationally regulated form mechanism and a gradually improved functional mechanism.
