摘要
中国教育管理学30年的主要成就表现在:建立了教育管理学科研究的组织,形成了一支专业化的研究队伍;创办了专门的学术期刊;研究成果丰硕;学科体系初步形成。主要特点有:在研究目的上,既注重创立具有中国特色的教育管理学的理论,又注重为中国教育改革的实践服务;在研究方法上,由开始比较关注一般研究方法,到后来更关注研究范式和方法论的探讨和运用;在研究内容上,在对一般研究领域进行拓展的同时,重视对中国教育改革中的重大理论及实践问题的研究;在学科体系上,既注重探讨作为一门学科的教育管理学的学科体系,也注重研究作为学科群的教育管理学的学科体系。存在的主要问题是:学科关系要进一步理顺;学科研究成果的作用有待进一步发挥;学科研究的专业化水平需要进一步提高。
The main achievements of Chinese educational management in the past 30 years are as follows: the organization of educational management disciplinary research have been estahlished; the specialized research team has been formed; the special academic journal has been established; abundant research accomplishments have been achieved, and disciplinary system has been primarily formed. The main characteristics are as follows: paying attention to not only setting up the theory of educational management with Chinese characteristics, but also serving the practice of Chinese educational reform in terms of research objective; from paying close attention to general research methods to paying more close attention to the exploration and application of research paradigm and methodology in terms of research methods; while expanding the general research fields, emphasizing the research on the major issues of theory and practice in the Chinese educational reform in terms of research contents; and paying attention to exploring not only the disciplinary system of educational management as a discipline, but also the disciplinary system of educational management as a discipline group in terms of disciplinary system. The main problems are that the disciplinary relationship should be further rationalized; the role of disciplinary research accomplishments has yet to be further developed; and the specialization level in disciplinary research needs to be further improved.
