摘要
通过检测接种后不同时期的家兔血清猪瘟抗体水平,确定了家兔猪瘟抗体检测时间为10d。监测注射不同稀释度猪瘟兔化弱毒后家兔体温反应变化,同时检测第10天家兔血清中猪瘟抗体水平。比较两项结果表明,家兔体温反应与ELISA抗体检测结果具有较高的正相关性,在24组出现典型的热反应家兔中,有23组血清猪瘟抗体检测结果均为阳性,两者符合率为95.83%,4组未出现典型的热反应的家兔猪瘟抗体ELISA结果比体温反应表现出更好的的敏感性和准确性。这一结果为猪瘟兔化弱毒疫苗家兔效力检验ELISA方法的建立提供了依据。
The 10th day post vaccination with attenuated lapinized CSFV was determined as an optimal time for detecting antibodies against CSFV in rabbits. The body temperature of the vaccinated rabbits were observed after immunizing with different doses of attenuated lapinized CSFV. At the same time, antibadies against CSFV in rabbits were examined. The results showed that body temperature of the rabbits was cor- related to ELISA detection. Their concordance rate was 95.83%. ELISA was more sensitive and accurate than temperature changes for non-typical febrile rabbits of 4 groups. This result laid the foundation of de- veloping ELISA in efficacy test of attenuated lapinized CSFV vaccine with rabbits.
