摘要
采用电化学方法研究了Zn Fe P合金电镀液组成及工艺条件对镀层磷铁含量的影响 ,在最佳工艺条件下 ,可得到磷铁含量分别为 0 .1% (wt)左右和 0 .3%~ 0 .7% (wt)的Zn Fe P合金镀层。腐蚀试验证明 ,经银白色钝化后的Zn Fe P合金镀层的耐蚀性能是Zn Fe合金镀层的 2倍以上。
The effects of bath composition and technological conditions on phosphorus and iron contents of Zn-Fe-P alloy deposit were studied. The Zn-Fe-P alloy deposit with P 0.1% and Fe 0.3%~0.7% could be obtained under optimum conditions. The corrosion resistance of Zn-Fe-P coating after silvery white passivating was two times as high as that of Zn-Fe-P coation after silvery white passivationg was two times as high as that of Zn-Fe coating.
