摘要
综述了铁系锌基合金电镀的研究应用现状以及工艺的重要影响因素。重点对影响电镀铁系锌基合金镀层的各种因素进行了阐述,包括镀液组成、添加剂种类、添加剂用量、镀液pH值、温度以及电流密度等,从中归纳出影响电镀锌基合金的主要因素及其影响规律。指出,锌基三元合金是电镀锌基合金的发展方向。
Current status and important influence factors of electroplating iron family metal containing zinc alloys are reviewed. Influence factors of electroplated layer of iron family metal containing zinc alloys are summarized systematically in this paper, including bath composition, additive kind, additive amount, bath pH, bath temperature and current density etc. Main influence factors and regular pattern on electroplating iron family metal containing zinc alloys are discussed. Electroplating of iron family metal containing zinc alloys with three elements will be a tendency in the future.
