摘要
目的:了解居民对社区卫生服务的满意度情况,为提高社区卫生服务质量提供科学依据。方法:采用随机抽样法对青岛市五区/市(市北区、崂山区、李沧区、黄岛区、即墨市)12所社区卫生服务机构抽取样本进行问卷调查并对结果进行分析。结果:对社区卫生服务总体比较满意的人数占调查总人数的81.05%,12.95%的居民对社区卫生服务总体评价为非常满意,但居民对于健康档案的建立、社区卫生服务机构的设备配置以及药品种类满意度较低。结论:青岛市居民对社区卫生服务机构总体满意度较高,但个别服务还有较大的改善空间。
Objective： To provide scientific evidence for improving the quality of Community Health Services（CHS） by investigating the inhabitants＇ degree of satisfaction towards.Method： Samples were collect from 12 CHS institutions in Qingdao to distribute questionnaires with the method of random sampling and analyze the results.Result： The inhabitants who were relatively satisfied with CHS account for 81.05 % of the total number of participants,and 12.95 % of the inhabitants were very satisfied about the general evaluation of CHS.However,the inhabitants were less satisfied with the establishment of individual health files,layout of equipment in CHS and drug variety.Conclusion： Inhabitants in Qingdao have high overall satisfaction with CHS,while some service still has considerable room for improvement.
