摘要
目的 探讨深圳市居民社区居民对社区卫生服务的满意度及相关问题。方法 采取描述性方法和TOP-SIS法对深圳市居民社区卫生服务满意度进行评价。结果 有62. 79%的居民对社区卫生服务比较满意, 12 .48%的居民认为很满意, 但居民对服务技术、药品价格、医疗设备以及就诊环境的满意度不高。TOPSIS法结果提示满意度“一般”的社区健康服务中心占所调查社区健康服务中心的75. 00%。结论 深圳市居民社区卫生服务满意度整体上还是有较大的改进空间, 社区卫生服务管理者应该积极采取相应措施来提高居民对社区卫生服务的满意度水平。
Objective To explore the satisfaction and the relevant problems of community health service in Shenzhen.Methods The satisfaction of community health service was measured and analyzed with the describing method and TOPSIS .Results This paper finds 62.79% of total residents are rather satisfied with community health service, 12.48% are very satisfied, while the satisfaction on technology, drug price, medical equipment and medical environment is not high. The results of TOPSIS show that the community health service centers with 'just so-so' satisfaction are 75% of the total.Conclusion There is larger improvement space on the whole in the community health service in Shenzhen. The administrators should improve community health service to satisfy the residents.
