摘要
复合材料的成型工艺直接影响其综合性能 .考察芳纶纤维 /环氧树脂复合材料模压工艺的保温时间、固化温度、加压时机等因素对复合材料性能的影响 .结果表明 :可用室温浸胶 ,5 0℃保温 0 5h ,75℃保温 5min ,加压后升温至 1 0 0℃ ,固化 3h ,保压 1 8MPa .固化后自然降至室温的固化工艺 ,可以合理地控制芳纶纤维 /环氧树脂复合材料模压样品的质量 ,保证其优异性能的发挥 .
The effect of molding process on the performance of aramide fiber reinforcing epoxy resin composite was investigated.The proper conditions were as follows:fiber soaking at room temperature,maintaining temperature at 50 ℃ for 0.5 h,then 75 ℃ for 5 min,at elevated temperature 100 ℃,maintaining pressere 180 MPa,curing time 3 h,cooling naturally down to room temperature.The results showed that the quality of the composite can be controled and its excellent performance can be achieved.
