摘要
采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测量了预浸料固化反应热过程。并对预浸料固化的影响因素、固化参数的确定,以及通过DSC确定预浸料的固化参数对预浸料固化工艺进行评价和通过预浸料固化动力学对预浸料的固化工艺进行优化。
The curing stage of prepreg, as the intermediate matrix composite, directly influence the properties of the finished composite materials when the properties of the composite are determined by the curing process of composite. Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC), as a kind of thermal analysis instrument, can measure the heat process of the curing well. This paper mainly introduces the influencing factors when DSC is in use, the determination of curing parameter, the evaluation of the curing process and how to determine, evaluate and optimize the curing process by the curing kinetics theory of prepreg.
