摘要
本文通过文献检索 ,对 1994~ 2 0 0 1年间有关纳米粒子 (颗粒 )及粉体制备专题文献进行了统计分析 ,发现其制备研究在 2 0 0 1年达到高潮 ,本科院校和中国科学院各研究所为它的主要研究机构 ;其制备方法从传统的热化学方法发展到了电化学方法、光化学方法等 ;制备出的纳米粒子及粉体 ,有单一型的单质或化合物 ,也有复合型。
By searching documents and statistically analyzing documents on the preparations of nanoparticles,nano-grains and nano-powders in years 1994 to 2001,we find that the researches get their upsurge in the year 2001;that the universities and the institutes of the Chinese Academy of Sciences play the leading role in the research;and that the methods of preparations range from the traditional thermo-chemistry,the electrochemistry to the photochemistry,preparing such abundance of nanoparticles and their powders as mono-type simple substance and complicated nanoparticles of chemical compound and wrapped-up models.
