摘要
用改进的化学共沉淀法制备出了钛酸铅超细粉。在共沉淀体系中 ,加入一些添加剂 ,控制共沉淀反应的微环境 ,使共沉淀反应在有限的微区或液 -液界面上进行 ,保持沉淀有较高的分散度。添加物置换了吸附于颗粒表面上的 OH-,大大减少了颗粒间的非架桥羟基 ,克服了传统的共沉淀制备超微粉在热处理过程中的最大缺点—发生硬团聚。 TEM照片指出 ,用该法制备出的微粉呈球形 ,颗粒大小的分布较窄 ( 70~ 140 nm )。化学分析指出 ,铅钛的含量比为 :Pb/ Ti=1:1。
The PbTiO 3 ultrafine powder was prepared by modified chemical coprecipitation. The reaction was made in a limited micro range or liquid/liquid boundary by putting some additives into the liquid reaction system to control the ultra environment of the coprecipitation reaction.It could keep the system in a high dispersed degree.The non bridge hydroxides between particles were mostly decreased because the additives could replace OH absorpted on the particles' surface.The negative aggregation was conquered.The powder was spherical particles and distributed in a narrow size (about 70~140nm) by TEM.It has a fixed composition (Pb/Ti=1:1) .
