摘要 为完善目前国内基于风险确定输气站场设施检测周期的方法,提出采用BP神经网络来建立输气站场设施指标风险值与检测周期关系曲线。首先将输气站场设施分为8个子系统,并建立起各子系统的风险评价层次结构。然后采用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)计算因素权重,并构建各子系统的风险评价指标体系。最后,参考API 581中风险等级与检测周期间的对应关系,建立各子系统风险值与检测周期间的关系曲线。实例分析表明,利用这些关系曲线能够确定输气站场各子系统的检测周期。 In order to improve the determining method of gas transmission station facilities detection cycle based on risk, it was proposed by the authors that curves of detection risk values of index system assess- ment should be worked up based on BP neural network. Firstly, eight subsystems were divided, and risk assessment hierarchy architecture was adopted to evaluate subsystems. Then, risk assessment index sys- tems were proposed and FAHP was used to calculate weights of indexes. At last, reference to relationship of risk level and detection cycle in API 581, curves of detection cycles vs subsystems risk values were established. Example analyzed shows that according to these curves, detection cycles of gas transmission station subsystems could be determined.
