天然气深冷处理装置管道泄漏爆炸风险评价 被引量:2

ASSESSMENT ON LEAKAGE EXPLOSION RISK OF PIPELINE FOR CRYOGENIC TREATMENT DEVICE OF NATURAL GAS

摘要 应用API 581标准,对天然气深冷处理装置的管道泄漏爆炸造成的物料损失、人员伤亡及财产损失进行了风险评价,重点评价了站内管线和容器的失效后果,并对相应的安全措施提出了建议,确保天然气深冷处理装置安全运行。 API 581 standard was used to carry out the risk assessment on materical loss,the casualties and property losses caused by the leakage explosion of pipeline for cryogerlic treatment device of natural gas,and the emphasis was given to the failure consequence of pipelines and vessels. And some suggestions for the corresponding safety measures were put forward to ensure the safe operation of natural gas processing device.
