摘要
通过对型煤粘结剂分析、比较试验 ,选择三种适合于化肥造气用气化型煤粘结剂 ,采用正交试验方法考察了三种粘结剂对型煤的强度、热稳定性、防水性、灰分与挥发分等性能指标影响的显著性程度 ,获得比较理想的气化型煤复合粘结剂与室温固结型煤制备工艺。
Three kinds of binder of coal briquette were selected for production of synthesis gas through gasification by comparative tests. The effects of binders on the strength, thermal stability, waterproof property, ash content and volatile matter of the coal briquette have been investigated by orthogonal tests. A superperformance binder and a preparation process of coal briquette were given for fixed bed gasification.
