摘要
概述了型煤粘结剂的分类及特点,并以其中常见的几种粘结剂与煤泥压制成蜂窝型煤,通过条件试验,考察试验结果的各项指标,确定在成型压力20 MPa的条件下,粘土作为粘结剂与煤泥按1∶9的比例混合后压制成蜂窝型煤效果较好。
This paper gives an account about the classification and characteristics of briquette binders and the preparation of briquettes from the combinations of some of the common binders and slime.Tests show that it is determined that under the formulating pressure of 20 MPa,a better briqueting results are obtained when the clay as a binder to slime ratio is maintained at 1∶9.
