摘要
高校实验室安全管理渗透于教学管理、软件管理及仪器设备管理之中,在实验室安全管理中应坚持环保和以人为本的基本原则。高校实验室安全管理呈现出三方面的新特征:实验结果不确定性增多、安全规划复杂性增加和实验事故破坏性超常。高校实验室安全事故具体表现为仪器设备破损、毒害实验、火灾、爆炸、机电伤人等5种形式。高校需要从硬件管理和软件管理两个方面着手加强实验室安全管理建设。
Safety management of laboratories in higher education institutions penetrates into teaching management,software management as well as instruments and equipment management,and should insist the environmental protection and peo. ple-oriented principle.It presents three new characteristics： the uncertainty of experimental results increasing,the complexi. ty of safety planning growing and the destructiveness of experiment accidents promoting.Safety accidents in laboratories in higher education institutions specifically consist in the damage of instruments and equipment,the poisoning experiment, the fires,the explosions,and the mechanical and electrical injury.Higher education institutions need to strengthen the con. struction of laboratory safety management from two aspects of hardware management and software management.
