摘要
本文借鉴企业精细化管理理论,结合武汉工程科技学院艺术与传媒学院珠宝类实验室实践教学管理的探索,总结了珠宝类实验室管理的核心内涵,提炼了“安全、专业、规范、有序、高效、责任”的管理要素。从管理工作制度化、管理人员专业化、管理过程流程化、实验操作规范化、责任落实具体化等5方面进行管理工作的精细化探索。本文通过对实施精细化管理的效果分析,分享珠宝类实验室管理经验,为推动应用型高校珠宝类专业实验室由传统的粗放式管理向标准化、精细化管理方向转变提供参考。
Based on the theory of refined management of enterprise,combining with the exploration of practical teaching management of the gemmological laboratory teaching in the Art and Communication College of Wuhan University of Engineering Science,this paper summarizes the core connotation of gemmological laboratory management,and refines the management elements of“safety,profession,standard,order,efficiency and responsibility”.The detailed exploration of management work is carried out in five aspects:institutionalization of management work,professionalization of management personnel,flow of management process,standardization of experimental operation and concretization of responsibility implementation.Through analyzing the effect of the implementation of refined management,the authors share the management experience of gemmological laboratory,so as to provide reference for promoting the transformation of gemmological professional laboratory in application-oriented colleges from traditional extensive management to standardized and refined management.
