摘要
介绍了城市轨道交通系统的基本特性及其管理体制与经营特点 ,分析了城市轨道交通系统的建设投融资模式。结合上海市轨道交通系统建设与投融资状况 ,分析了其投融资体制改革的要点 。
In this paper, author firstly presents the various characteristics of transit, economy and society of Urban Rail Transit System(URTS), secondly discusses its systems of management and strategies of business, thirdiy analyses various modes of financings of URTS, fourthiy reviews that of Shanghai city and points out the key points of reforme of URTS of Shanghai city, and finalyy intruduces the use of financing lease in the fields of URTS.
