摘要
在建立基于刀具数据库的数控车削加工仿真系统模型基础上,提出了一种面向该仿真系统的刀具库的设计方法.指出用数据库形式组织刀具数据可以为刀具库管理带来方便.同时,在 WINDOWS 98平台下,以 VisualC++ 5.0及 Microsoft Access 97为开发工具完成了刀具库设计和数字仿真过程对刀具的调用.该软件的设计成功证实了本方法的可行性.
A numeral control lathe machining simulation system model which based on a database is shown in this article. The method of designing a cutter base used in this simulation system is given. The article points that it can bring us convenience to manage cutter base with a database. Under the windows 98 operation system a software is successfully designed with the tools of Visual C++ 5.0 and Microsoft Access 97. It indicates this method is feasible.
