摘要
该文首先阐述了虚拟数控加工过程物理仿真的研究内容 ,其次重点讨论了所建立的切削力仿真 ,刀具磨损仿真与变形仿真 ,加工误差仿真 ,振动仿真和切屑形成过程仿真的数学模型。最后 。
In this paper, the research content of the physical simulation of virtual numerical control machining process is described firstly. the cutting force model, cutting tool wear model and deformation model, machining error model, vibration model and the process of chip generation model is analyzed detailedly secondly. And finally, the directions of study is come up with in the future.
