摘要
针对切削数据的复杂性和不规则性,设计并建立了一个系统化的通用切削数据库系统.利用该系统对工件材料进行分类和编号,可简化数据结构,降低数据冗余,且通过对数据库数据的查询,可提供用户科学可靠的切削参数.
Aimed at the complexity and irregularity of cutting data, a database and its managing system are designed and established. This paper presents a method of establishing the gener- al-cutting database. Classifying and numbering the materials, we can simplify data structure and reduce data redundance. Inquiring the database, users can get the scientific and reliable cutting parameters.
