摘要
研究了除草剂盖草能对黄鳝外周血红细胞微核和核异常的影响 .结果表明 ,不同浓度的盖草能处理 1 /2 ,1 ,2和 4 d时不会明显引起黄鳝红细胞微核率和核异常率的上升 ,处理 8d时会明显引起细胞微核率和核异常率的上升 .说明盖草能长时间处理对黄鳝细胞具有明显的遗传毒性 .
Effects of the herbicide Gallant on micronuclei and nuclear anomalies in peripheral blood erythrocytes of Monopterus albus were studied.The results show that the herbicide can not significantly increase the rate of micronuclei and nuclear anomalies when the fishes are treated for 1/2,1,2 and 4 days,but for 8 days.All results suggest that the herbicide may cause significant genetic damages to the erythrocytes of Monopterus albus .
