摘要
利用泥鳅(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)红细胞微核技术检验广州大学内河的水质.结果表明:在0~36h范围内,随着处理时间的增加,泥鳅红细胞产生微核和核突起、凹陷等各种核异常现象;微核率、核异常率出现极显著的增高;利用不同水样进行处理,这两项指标在各水样间也达到极显著的差异,污染指数都大于1,说明大学城内河水质受到不同程度的污染,污染源主要是实验废水和生活废水.
In this paper, the inland water quality of Guangzhou University is detected by M. anguillicaudatus erythrocyte micronucleus technique. The results show that the inland water will cause micronucleus, nuclear depression and other nuclear anomalies of M. anguillicaudatus, various water samples from different inland water areas have significant differences, but pollution indexes are all more than I. The inland water quality in Guang- zhou University has been polluted in some degree. Pollution sources are mainly experimental wastewater and domestic wastewater.
