摘要
近些年来,中国高校持续扩招,大学毕业生持续增多,而随着就业机制的改变,大学生就业问题也日益凸显,特别是欠发达地区少数民族大学生。本研究目的在于通过分析欠发达地区就业少数民族大学生就业难的原因从而提供有针对性的对策和建议。
In recent years, with the expansion of universities＇ enrollment, there are more and more graduates. And with change of employment mechanism, the problem of employment of college students is becoming increasingly serious, especially for the minority college students in less developed areas. The purpose of the study is to provide targeted strategies and suggestions through the analysis of the causes of difficult employment of minority college students in less developed areas.
