摘要
根据对欠发达地区少数民族大学毕业生(以右江民族医学院毕业生为例)和用人单位的抽样问卷调查结果,基于欠发达地区少数民族大学生就业的基本情况,对欠发达地区少数民族就业问题进行了分析,为深入研究欠发达地区少数民族大学生就业问题及对策奠定了基础。
According to the sampling survey results of minority graduates in less developed areas （taking Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities for example）and employers, and based on the basic situation of the employment of minority college students in less developed areas, we analyzed the employment situation of less developed areas, which laid a foundation for carrying out an in-depth study on the situation and the countermeasures of the employment of minority college students in less developed areas.
