摘要
随着经济社会的快速发展,实行工学结合成为中国特色的职业教育新模式。按照"职业群分析→岗位群划分→典型工作任务→任务技能要求"的分析过程来设计高职审计实务专业人才培养方案,就是适应当前形势,建立和完善工学结合的人才培养模式的一种探索和实践。以高职审计实务专业特点和培养标准为前提,构建审计实务专业毕业生应具备的职业能力框架,并以此能力框架为导向来设计审计实务专业课程体系与实践体系,从而带动专业调整与建设,引导课程设置、教学内容和教学方法改革。
With the rapid development of social economy, the combination of engineering has become a new mode of occupation education with Chinese characteristics, in order to improve the students＂ ability of occupa- tion and employment ability, the higher vocational colleges to explore the training plan development of occupa- tion ability, employment guidance based on talent. This article vocational audit professional characteristics and training standards as the prerequisite, occupation ability frame construction auditing practice graduates should possess, and the ability to design framework for guiding audit practice curriculum system and practice system, in order to promote the adjustment and construction of professional guidance, curriculum, teaching content and teaching method reform.
