摘要
在金融业快速发展的今天,作为青岛地区的唯一国办高职院校我们既要以满足区域经济发展人才需求为己任又要以"技高品端"作为人才培养的原则,从区域经济现实需求出发,以就业为导向,以岗位职业要求为核心,构建了以培养金融基础业务人员为培养目标的专业课程体系。它是一个开放的体系,课程教学内容,根据社会用人单位对人才的要求,依据该专业的培养目标,依据岗位所需知识、能力、素质结构的要求而设计,不断修订完善。
In the fast development of today＇s financial industry, as the only state-owned vocational college in Qingdao our college should shoulder the responsibility of satisfying the talent demand of regional economy. Meanwhile we should also follow the principle of ＂high-quality skill level and good moral quality＂ for talent training. In view of the regional economic development demand and the actual situation of employment and the requirement of post requirement, we have established the professional course system with the purpose to train the basic financial employees. This system is an open system, in which the teaching courses are based on the actual demand over the employee of the employers. The system is under further revision and perfection according to the major＇s training target and the post requirement of knowledge, competence and quality structure.
