摘要
教学质量是影响人才培养质量的关键因素,但西部新建本科院校的教学质量较低,人才培养质量有待提高,因此,提升这些高校的人才培养质量是一个迫切的任务。基于MS-EEPO有效教育理念,对相关研究的述评,探索提升新建本科院校人才培养质量的思路设计,认为专任教师教学水平受到诸多因素的影响,需探索适合西部新建本科院校的EEPO教学模式,人才培养质量应实现动态监测。
The quality of education is a key factor that decides the quality of the talents trained by such universities, howev- er, in newly established universities in Western China, the quality of education and talents is relatively lower. Therefore, it is ur- gent to promote the quality of talents trained by such universities. To promote the quality of such talents, the MS-EPPO Theory leads to the conclusion that teaching standards is decided by many factors. Universities in western China should search for EPPO teaching mode that fits such universities in western China. Moreover, dynamic monitoring should be conducted to promote the quality of the talents.
