摘要
目的调查部队基层官兵面对心理压力时的应对行为,为开展基层官兵心理压力管理提供依据。方法对6580名南战区官兵进行自编《心理压力行为应对问卷》测评,研究官兵面对心理压力时的行为应对策略。结果约半数官兵通过积极解决问题、寻求组织帮助和自我放松等方式应对心理压力。非独生子女选择积极解决问题、专心工作学习、寻求组织帮助者明显高于独生子女(P<0.05,P<0.01)。已婚官兵选择积极解决问题或寻求组织帮助者明显高于未婚官兵(P<0.05,P<0.01)。文化程度高的官兵面对压力时愿意积极解决问题,调整自己的应对行为;初中生多愿意寻求组织帮助(P<0.05,P<0.01)。干部面对压力时的应对方式更为多样化;义务兵更倾向于寻求家人的帮助(P<0.05,P<0.01)。空军官兵面对压力时多项应对行为明显高于海军和陆军(P<0.01)。结论官兵的家庭因素、文化程度、职别和军兵种对压力应对行为均有影响,部队要有针对性地开展减压管理。
Objective To study the psychological pressure coping behavior of servicemen at grassroots units and provide reference for psychological stress management in military. Methods A total of 6580 servicemen in south China military command were tested with self-made psychological pressure coping behavior questionnaire. Results About half servicemen faced the psychological pressure through solving problems positively, concentrating on work and study, turn- ing to leadership for help, and self relaxing. The only child preferred solving problems positively, concentrating on work and study and turning to leadership for help more than the non-only child (P〈0. 05 or 0. 01). The married servicemen preferred solving problems positively or turning to leadership for help more than the unmarried servicemen (P〈0. 05 or 0. 01). The highly educated servicemen preferred solving problems positively or adjust the coping behavior. The service- men with middle school education background preferred turning to leadership for help (P〈0. 05 or 0. 01). The officers diversified the coping behaviors under pressure,the compulsory serviceman preferred turning to family for help(P〈0. 05 or 0. 01). The coping behavior of air force was significantly highly than that of the navy and the land force (P〈0. 01). Conehtsion The family, educational background, rank and military service branch of the servicemen have influence on their psychological pressure coping behavior and targeted measures should be taken.
