摘要
研究了YBCO高温超导rf—SQUID的制备、V_(?)—φe特性与材料性质的关系,讨论了器件颈缩线度远大于材料相干长度的原因。认为如果能正确理解并合理利用高T_c超导体的颗粒特性,固态反应工艺制备的高T_c超导材料仍能满足某些应用中高性能器件的要求。
The relations about the preparing of YBCO rf-SQUID,the characteristic of Vrf-e,and the property of material have been studied.The reason why necked size of the device is far larger than the coherence length of the material has been discussed.It is belived, if the grain property of h-igh Tc superconductors can be understood correctly and utilized rationally, some requirements of excellent devices with Tc materials which are prepared by general solid state reacted technique can be satisfied.
