用高 Tc 氧化物 Y-Ba-Cu-O 块状材料做成的射频超导量子干涉器(RF—SQUID)能在液氮中(78K)可靠地工作。经十余次78K—300K 温度循环后性能没有明显变化,磁通分辨率达到3×10^(-3)φ_0/(Hz)^(1/2).
An RF-SQUID made of bulk high Tc Y-Ba-Cu-O Material has beea operated in liquid nitrogen (78K) reliably. There is no degradation on performance evidently after teens thermal cycling between 78K. and 300K.. The flux resolution of 3×10-3 has been reached.
