摘要
该文对不同平均粒径YBa2Cu3O7-δ超导块材的双孔RF—SQUID的噪声水平的研究表明,YBa2Cu3O7-δ块材的晶粒平均粒径与其制备的双孔RF—SQUID的噪声水平呈U形关系。在15~25μm时,噪声水平很低,小于2.0×10-3反之,噪声水平偏高。
This paper deals with the connect between the two holes RF-SQUID'snoise level and the YBa2Cu3O7-δsuperconductor bulk' s average diameter. The result is characterized by the U curve. The noise level is less than 2.0 ×10-3 / when the average diameter of the bulk is 15 ̄25μm, otherwise it increases.
