摘要
目的:研究高热急诊患儿候诊期间护患关系的维护与对策。方法:选择在我院急诊候诊的高热患儿及家属,随机分为给予候诊期间综合干预方法的观察组以及按照急诊常规处理模式组织患儿及家属候诊的对照组,观察两组患儿家属的护理满意度、负面情绪HAMA。HAMD、MUNSH评分。结果:高热急诊患儿候诊期间发生护患纠纷的主要因素有沟通缺失(17.5%)、护理人员缺乏耐心、态度不佳(15%)、专业知识不完善(9.17%);观察组通过综合干预护理满意率75%、MUNSH评分(24.28±3.09)明显高于对照组;观察组HAMD评分(25.21±3.32)、HAMA评分(19.45±2.23)明显低于对照组。结论:高热急诊患儿候诊期间给予家长综合干预处理能有效控制负面情绪、提高护理满意度,有助于维护高热急诊患儿候诊期间良好的护患关系。
Objective: To study countermeasures to maintain nurse-patient relationship in emergent waiting period for febrile chil- dren. Methods: Febrile children and their families in emergency department were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Then care satisfaction, negative mood were observed. Results: Febrile children in emergent waiting period occurred during the main factors of the nurse-patient disputes ( 17. 5% ), nurses'lack of patience, poor attitude ( 15% ), inadequate expertise (9. 17% ) ;MUNSH score of observation group were significantly higher than those in control group; HAMA and HAMD score were significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion: comprehensive intervention treatment can effectively maintain nurse-pa- tient relationship.
