摘要
目的:探讨不同的护理模式在小儿高热护理中的效果。方法:选取住院治疗的80例高热患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为A组(人性化护理组)和B组(常规护理组),对两组患儿的体温、并发症、家长满意度进行比较分析。结果:A组患儿在2 h、4 h后降温效果明显优于B组,A组并发症发生率明显低于B组,A组患儿家长满意度高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理模式在小儿高热护理中的效果较常规护理模式好,家长满意度较高,通过本研究为人性化护理的推广提供了可靠的临床资料。
Objective To investigate the effect of different models of care in the care of children with high fever.Method 80 cases of children with high fever in our hospital from February 2011 to March 2012 were chosen.They were randomly divided into group A（humane care group） and group B（usual care group）.The body temperature,complications,and parents′ satisfaction for the two groups were taken for comparative analysis.Results The cooling effects in A group of children after 2 hours and 4 hours were better than those in group B,and the incidence of complications in A group was significantly lower than that in group B.The satisfaction level of parents of children of A group was higher than group B,P0.05,there was statistically significance.Conclusion The model of humane care in the care of children with high fever has good effect,and the satisfaction level of the parents is higher.By this study,it provides a reliable clinical data for the promotion of humane care.
