摘要
奥沙利铂是第三代铂类抗肿瘤药物,被广泛应用于多种恶性肿瘤。但奥沙利铂神经毒性限制了其在临床中的应用,因此如何预防和减轻奥沙利铂神经毒性已引起广泛关注,中西医治疗均有一定的作用,但疗效尚不满意。
Oxaliplatin is the third generation of the platinum,which is a common drug widely used in malignant tumors.But its clinical application is obviously constrained by its neurotoxicity,so,how to prevent and reduce the neurotoxicity of oxaliplatin has caused widespread concern.Chinese and western medicine have some effect,but curative effect is not totally satisfying.
