摘要
奈达铂是第二代铂类抗肿瘤药物,多年的临床研究表明其对大部分实体瘤,如头颈部肿瘤、食管癌、肺癌、膀胱癌、卵巢上皮癌、睾丸癌和宫颈癌等有效,可与多种化疗药物联合并有放疗增敏作用。本文就奈达铂在临床上的应用情况作一简要综述。
Nedaplatin is the second generation of platinum antitumor drugs. It＇s proved to be effective for most of solid tumors including headneck carcinoma, esophageal cancer, lung cancer, bladder cancer, ovary epithelial cancer, carcinoma of testis and cervical cancer. Combination with other chemotherapeutic drugs is feasible and it can enhance the sensitization of radiotherapy. In this article, we briefly summarize the clinical application ofnedaplatin.
