摘要
用RP-HPLC法对不同来源的15种诃子样品中3种可水解丹宁诃子酸(Chebulinic acid,Ⅰ)诃黎勒酸(chebulagic acid,Ⅱ)和1,3,6-3一0—没食子酰基葡萄糖(l,3,6-tri-O-galloyl-β—D-glucose,Ⅲ)进行定量分析。结果表明 Ⅰ和Ⅱ的含量与诃子的品种、性状有明显的相关性,可作为评价诃子药材质量的指标性成分。
Three hydrolyzable tannins chebulinic acid (Ⅰ), chebulagic acid(Ⅱ) and 1,3, 6-tri-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose (Ⅲ) in Fructus Chebulae from different habitats were determined by RP-HPLC method. The contents of Ⅰand Ⅱwere obviously interrelated with the variety and characteristics of Fructus Chebulae. It's suitable to use Ⅰ and Ⅱas indexes in quality evaluation of the crude drug of Fructus Chebulae.
