摘要
圆光栅编码器是近代角度测控系统的重要传感元件,它是以圆光栅为核心,采用莫尔条纹技术,将角位移转换成电脉冲信号的一种传感器,广泛应用于各种高精度角位移检测和控制系统中。随着我国机电一体化精密量仪、加工中心、数显数控机床和各种精密测试定位技术的发展,对光栅测量系统的精度和性能提出了更高的要求。该文总结了编码器装调过程中出现的问题,分析了圆光栅误差产生的原因,实验验证了补偿方法的合理性,从单读数头的pv值20″,rms值7″,提高到了pv值2.1″,rms值0.49″。
Rasters are extensively applied to move examination and control system. In.Along with our country machine--electricity measurement instrument, machining center, CNC machine and various precise test to position technical development, the raster measure system of the accuracy and function put forward a higher request. In this article we analyse the reason for taster's error, then we give the method for improving the error.Through testing, we can improve the error from one readhead's pv 12"to four readhead's pv 2.1", the RMS error is reduced from 3.5"to 0.73". this can provide theory of raster's installing and testing.
