摘要
本文在HIT─1型三轴仿真转台研制的基础上,探讨了各种三轴仿真转台的总体布局型式、驱动元件种类和控制方案等总体设计方面的问题。从分析飞行仿真转台的4大技术指标──高频响、超低速、宽调速、高精度入手,分析了执行元件、机械台体、液压系统、控制技术等方面对上述指标的影响和解决措施,进而分析出研制仿真转台的关键技术。
On the basis of summing-up the development of HIT-1 three-axis simulator, this paper probes into some problems about general design, including various general distributed pattern,different driving element, driving mode, controlling method and so on. Starting with the four main technical performance index of the flying simulator-ultrolow speed. high frequency. wide regulating speed and high precision, we analyse the effects of actual element, machinery stage, hydraulic system, controlling technology etc.On the performance metioned above and present the method to solve these problem. then the key technology of developing simulator is obtained.
