摘要
目的:分析我院住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用限定日剂量(DDD)分析法,对我院2010～2011年住院患者抗菌药物的销售金额和用药频度进行统计、综合分析。结果:2010～2011年间抗菌药物销售金额占当年西药销售金额的比例呈下降趋势,两年间抗菌药物使用率和使用强度(DDD/100人.天)分别从2010年的71.91%和89.01DDD下降到2011年的67.75%和82.88DDD。抗菌药物的使用率主要以头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类和其他β内酰胺类为主。结论:住院患者抗菌药物使用存在不合理现象,有待进一步规范抗菌药物的临床使用。
Objective：To analyze the use of antibacterials in the inpatients of our hospital and to provide basis for rational clinical use.Methods ： The analytical method of defined daily dose （DDD） were conducted on antibacterials used in our hospital during 2010 - 2011 in respect of the consumption sum and DDDs.Result：Of the total consumption sum of western drugs,the annual consumption of antibacterials showed a downward trend. The utilization rate and intensity DDD/100 person a day of antibacterials were 71.91%和11 89.01 DDD in 2010 decreased to 67.75% 和 82.88 DDD in 2011.The mainly used antibacterial agents in two yeas were cephalosporins ,quinolones and other β-lactamases.Conelution：The use of antibacterials in our hospital is displayed the phenomenon of non-rational use. The clinical use of the antibacterials drugs should be standardized.
