摘要
为探讨氟砷联合作用对大鼠子代大脑超微结构的影响 ,采用两代一窝繁殖试验的方法 ,对染毒大鼠子代大脑组织进行了电镜观察 ,结果显示各染毒组脑神经组织在超微结构上均有一定程度的改变 ,并随染毒剂量增加 ,病变程度加重 ,但脱毒组有所好转 。
In order to explore the effects of fluoride and arsenic on the offsprings nervous system of the exposed rats, with a twogeneration reproductive test, the changes of rat offsprings brain, whose parents exposed to the different doses of fluoride and arsenic, were observed under the electron microscope. The offsprings nervous cells of every group have changed to some extent and the pathological changes became serious because of the dose increasing, while the changes of offsprings nervous cells lightened after stopping exposure to fluoride and arsenic. Fluoride and arsenic have some influences on offsprings of the exposed parents.
