摘要
为探讨氟砷联合作用对大鼠子代心血管系统的影响 ,采用两代一窝繁殖实验的方法 ,对亲代接触不同剂量氟砷后其子代心肌组织进行电镜观察。结果显示各染毒组大鼠子代心肌组织超微结构均有一定的改变 ,可见肌丝溶解、线粒体肿胀及空泡变性 ,肌浆网扩张 ,闰盘连接处间隙增宽等 ,认为氟砷联合作用对大鼠子代心肌组织有一定的影响。
In order to explore the effects of fluoride and arsenic on the offsprings' cardiovalar system of the exposed rats, with a two generation reproductive test, the changes of cardiac muscle rat offsprings, whose pa rents exposed to the different doses of fluoride and arsenic, were observed under electron microscope. The pathological changes appeared in some organellae of cardiac muscle of rats' offsprings' in all exposed groups, such as myolysis,mitochondriom swelling,sarcoplasmic reticulum and interculated disc expending et al, it suggested that fluoride and arsenic affect the offspring cardiovalar system of rats.
