摘要
为揭示氟砷联合作用对大鼠子代健康影响 ,采用两代一窝繁殖实验的方法 ,测定 Wistar大鼠暴露于氟砷后其子代肾脏中氟砷的蓄积水平、脂质过氧化水平和抗氧化能力以及病理组织学检查。结果显示 :随着暴露剂量的增加肾脏中氟砷含量显著增加 ,超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)活性随之降低 ,而脂质过氧化物 (L PO)含量却逐渐增加 ;肾脏的超微结构出现病理变化 ;停止氟砷暴露 8周后 ,肾脏中氟砷含量显著降低 ,酶的活性有所恢复 ,而L PO含量明显减少。结果说明氟砷联合染毒可引起大鼠子代肾脏的氧化性损伤并出现明显的病理学改变。
In order to explain the effects of the fluoride arsenic joint action to the health of offspring, the levels of accumulation and lipid peroxidation and the abilities of antioxidation were determined in kidneys of their offspring after Wistar rats were exposed to fluoride and arsenic with the method of two generation one litler reproductive experiment. The results showed that the concentrations of fluoride and arsenic in kidneys of the offspring correlated with the dose taken from their exposed parents. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) in kidneys were decreased when exposed dose increased, while the concentration of lipid peroxides (LPO) was increased. The ultrastructure of kidneys occurred the obviously pathological changes. After stopping the exposure for 8 weeks, the concen trations of fluoride and arsenic in kidneys were decreased distinctly, the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were increased, the concentration of LPO decreased, which returned to normal levels. The above results indicated that fluoride arsenic joint exposure cause the oxidative damage and the obviously pathological changes of kidneys of the rats’ offspring.
