摘要
围绕初中学校自我发展力问题,对南京市80位初中校长进行了问卷调查和访谈。调研结果显示,从校长的视角观察,学校自我发展力呈现出动力充足、能力较弱、潜力巨大、活力尚缺的局面。建议从运用整体发展规划盘活学校资源、加强课程领导提升课程品质、以科研和知识管理培育研究型教师、打造学习型团队以及提升校长自身领导力等几个方面,提升初中学校自我发展力。
This paper, revolving around the issues of junior middle school self-development, makes questionnaires and surveys of 80 headmasters of junior middle schools in Nanjing City, the results of which demonstrate that the current situation of school self-development from the headmasters’ perspective is characterized by inadequate momentum, weaker capability, huge potentials, and shortage of vitality. Suggestions are as follows: application of holistic planning to activate school resources; enhancing curriculum leadership to promote its quality; administration of research and knowledge to cultivate researcher teachers; construction of learning community and promotion of headmasters’ self leadership.
