摘要
诸多对优质教育的诉求离不开学校教育科研的支撑和推进。本研究通过对学校科研机构的组织设施、人员队伍、科研制度、课题研究、科研经费和运行机制等现状调查,分析了学校教育科研工作的成效和问题,并在此基础上对学校教育科研提出对策和前瞻。
Since the new century, researchers have more in-depth thinking on the development of future education. Many demands of quality education need the support and promotion of the educational research. Through the survey, the paper analyses the status, problems of educational research work in school to further improve the educational research on the basis of practice.
