摘要
知识管理是对当今知识社会和信息爆炸在理论和实际上作出的回应 ,也是知识日益成为一个组织取得成功的核心推动力的现实化反映。由于学校与知识存在着天然的关系 ,知识管理理念观照下的学校管理是一个值得探讨的问题。本文就学校知识管理提出的背景 ,学校知识管理的两种范式、学校知识管理的职能与组织范式 。
The management of knowledge is not only the theoretical and practical response to thepresent knowledge bared society and the information explosion, but also the reflection of the concept that knowledge is becoming the core motive power for the success of an organization. In view of the natural relations between school and knowledge, it is of great necessity to study the issue of school management under the guidance of knowledge management concept. The author examines in detail the background for knowledge management at school, two models of knowledge management at school, functions and organizational forms of knowledge management at school and the innovation of school management under the guidance of knowledge management.
