摘要
目的:建立胃疡灵颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量测定的HPLC-ELSD方法。方法:采用Hypersil C_(18)色谱柱(200mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水(35:65),流速0.8 ml·min^(-1);蒸发光散射检测器参数:漂移管温度100℃,氮气流速2.8 L·min^(-1)。结果:线性范围为0.37～7.46μg,r=0.999 9;回收率为97.0%,RSD为1.2%(n=6)。结论:方法灵敏、可靠、准确、重复性好,可作为胃疡灵颗粒的质量控制方法。
To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for determination of astragalosideⅣ in Weiyangling granules. Method：the Hypersil C18 （200mm × 4.6 ram,5μm）was used, the acetonitrile-water（ 35：65 ） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 0.8 ml·min^-1, the drift tube of temperature was 100℃ and the flow rate of N2 was 2.8 L·min^-1. Result： The astragaloside Ⅳ showed good linearity（ r = 0. 999 9） in the range of 0.37 - 7.46μg, the average recovery was 97.0% with RSD 1.2% （ n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is sensitive, reliable, accurate and repeatability, it can be used for quality control method of weiyangling granules.
