摘要
建立知识产权联盟,有利于高新技术业整合研发资源,提高研发资源利用效率,然而由于研发企业间的同质竞争、利益分享有限等问题的存在,使得现实中大多数知识产权联盟无法发挥应有的效力。研究认为,解决问题的关键在于建立合理有效的知识产权联盟利益分享机制。研究引入Shapley值作为分析工具,结合高新技术业的实际加以改进,设计出基于改进Shapley值知识产权联盟的利益分享机制,并结合算例开展实证分析,发现利用这一机制可以有效激励个体企业的技术资源共享,减少研发资源的重复投入,保障知识产权联盟作为知识共享平台长期有效运行。
The existence of knowledge property integration is beneficial to the integration of R＆D resources of high - tech industry, thus to raise the use efficiency of R＆D resources. While due to the homogeneous competition and limited benefit sharing ere, most of the knowledge property integration can＇ t make enough efforts. In this paper, we contend that the crit- ical problem is to establish proper benefit sharing mechanism for knowledge property integration. Based on theory of cooper- ative game and Shapley value, this paper designs adjusted Shapely value benefit sharing mechanism in accordance with the practice of high - tech industry, and makes practical analysis with numerical example. We conclude that this mechanism can promote single high - tech enterprise to share R＆D resources and decrease homogeneous investment, thus can acceler- ate the knowledge property integration playing effective role in a long term.
